How can you apply for the Yukon Community Pilot program? First, as a desiring applicant, you need to check your eligibility for the Yukon Community Pilot program. After you find out that you are eligible in the program, you can start the process by submitting a work permit application online. For this, use a two-year open work permit under the LMIA exception code – Subsection R250a. Along with the application filed, the candidate should also submit the provincial nomination certificate from the Yukon region and written confirmation from the authorities that you are eligible for the YCP Community based work permit. If the application process is successful, then the applicant will be issued a two-year open work permit. Also, after two years, the applicant will be eligible for the extension as well.
